We have an onsite gym for fitness and strength training, and Pilates equipment for both individualised and group exercise programs.
Strength and fitness training is suitable for prevention of injury programs, general health and wellbeing, pre and post-operative rehabilitation, and rehabilitation from sporting, work or motor vehicle injuries. Age is no barrier to start on your strength and fitness journey.
